Working Groups

The ILA operates via contributions from its member companies to four working groups and collaborates with relevant Standard Development Organizations in identifying new technical specifications and gaps in existing technical specifications.

There are four working groups:

System Architecture which defines open, technology agnostic architecture for accurate mobile location of different types of indoor venues.

Pilot which drives pilots to verify the technical and commercial aspects of indoor positioning solutions.

Promotion which handles the external ILA relations and offers member opportunities to expand marketing reach.

Use Case which identifies indoor positioning applications and requirement and their business impacts.
